Everyone's Got One was and is truly an "independent" film. The word "independent" has been raped by the conveyor belts of Hollywood. To them it's a buzz word, a cool image, a marketing angle...but for some films the term truly applies...that is not to say that all the themes, ideas, and filmmaking techniques in Everyone's Got One are 100 % independent, because they are not - they were inspired by many different sources...but as far as the process of making the film, E.G.O. was and continues to be an independent endeavor...not that this should even matter or that "independent" filmmakers are cooler than others or fucking worship worthy...bullshit...the projects should speak for themselves and hopefully you will think E.G.O. does |
